Orders and Shipping

After your payment is authorized, all orders are subject to 1-4 business days of processing time. International orders may take up to 2-10 days (excluding weekends or holidays). 

We offer standard service for select countries to process and ship the items within 1-4 weeks. Please note the shipping time is only a guidance. LEATHBAGS cannot take responsibility for international shipping, custom clearance delays or failed payment approvals. Though we will try to minimize delays. 

Unfortunately, we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. If your order has been shipped, we can no longer make

  1. Check your confirmation email: Look for an email from the company you ordered from. It usually contains a tracking number or a link to track your order.

  2. Visit the company’s website: Go to the website where you placed your order. Look for a “Track Order” or “Order Status” section. Enter your order number and any other required information to view your order’s status.

  3. Contact customer service: If you can’t find tracking information online, reach out to the company’s customer service. They can provide you with updates on your order’s status and help resolve any issues.

  4. Use third-party tracking services: Sometimes, especially for shipping services like UPS, FedEx, or USPS, you can enter the tracking number directly into their websites to get detailed tracking information.

I don’t have the capability to store or access personal information like credit card details. My design ensures privacy and security by not retaining any personal data shared during conversations. If you have concerns about your credit card information, it’s best to follow the security protocols of the website or service you’re using, such as only entering your payment information on secure and trusted platforms.

In fact, we sell globally, excluding some remote areas. If you can make payment normally, we will support delivery.

Whether your items will arrive in one package depends on whether they are being shipped from the same warehouse and the size of the products. If all items are available in the same warehouse and their sizes allow for consolidation, they are more likely to be shipped together in one package. However, if the items are located in different warehouses or if their sizes require separate packaging, they may be shipped in multiple packages.

We offer a 30-day window for returns. For specific return instructions, please refer to our Return & Exchange policy.

If you receive the wrong item, please take photos and contact customer service immediately. Provide your order information, and once customer service confirms the error, they will resend the correct item based on your order.

Take clear photos clearly showing the damaged packaging and the condition of the items inside, then contact customer service for assistance.

Contact customer service, and we will provide you with the detailed return address.

Unfortunately, we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. Please contact us and if we haven’t shipped your order yet we can make the change.

Under normal circumstances, if the goods have not been shipped, we will issue a full refund deducted for processing fees. If the goods have already been shipped, we will deduct the shipping fee from the refund.

Please contact customer service to confirm the time when the product will be available for sale to avoid excessive waiting time.
