- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, accessories, customized shirts/ t-shirts, wholesale shirts/t-shirts, Add-on shirts and Mystery Box items, clearance items, non-returnable marks and free gifts.
- Returned items must be in their unused condition within 30 days of delivered date with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
- Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products that is not bought from our store.
- Please include the following information in the return package :
- Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you want to return.
- Reasons for return.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. We will only arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we receive and check the returned item.
